Bhakti Vidyapurna Swami

His Holiness Bhakti Vidya Purna Swami comes from a Jewish American background. He has been a member of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) since 1973. He developed a keen interest in spiritual life and at 18 years old, just three weeks before his high school graduation, he became a full-time student member of ISKCON. He is often referred to as Gurukula Maharaj. He generously shares his broad knowledge of culture and vaisnavas behaviors in all his classes. His presentations on any topic stand out for their logic and clarity.

He is Principal of Sri Rupanuga Paramarthika Vidyapitha, ISKCON Mayapur. He trains gurukul kids to be perfect vaishnavas. He specially trains them in conducting vedic yagyas. He preaches extensively in various parts of the world and has his main base is in Mayapur.       Picture gallery >>
