Brahma Samhita - narration
Brahma-samhita by Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati. While traveling in South India, Lord Caitanya secured a copy of Brahma-samhita and brought it back to Jagannatha Puri for His devotees, revealing the importance of this book. The original text was composed by Lord Brahma, the first created being in the universe after Vedic knowledge was revealed to him directly by Lord Krsna. "Sriman Mahaprabhu has taught this hymn to his favorite disciples in as much as it fully contains all the transcendental truths regarding the Vaisnava philosophy. Readers are requested to study and try to enter into the spirit of his hymn with great care and attention as a regular daily function." (purport text 28)
