A short video of an evening kirtan service in the Krishna Balaram Mandir (temple) in Vrindavan, India. The Krishna Balaram Mandir was built by A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada and is the HQ for ISKCON (International Society for Krishna Consciousness). I spent many many nights with these fellow devotees and, as you can see from the joy from everyone's face, always had a spectacular time. During kirtan the Mahamantra (Hare Krishna/ Hare Krishna/ Krishna Krishna/ Hare Hare/ Hare Rama/ Hare Rama/ Rama Rama/ Hare Hare) is sung and music is played, utlimately climaxing in the temple deities being unveiled. A pretty amazing experience.
