Kesava Bharati Das Goswami

Kesava Bharati Das Goswami met his spiritual master, His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada in 1972. In 1973 he was formally initiated and received the spiritual name, Kesava Bharati Dasa. On 1st January 1979, he entered the renounced order of life and received the further title Dasa Goswami. Since then, he has dedicated his life to teaching the science of Bhakti-yoga. He presently lives in a monastery in the village of Govardhana , one of the most profound places of pilgrimage in India. He travels twice a year on lecture tours to Europe and the United States. He is an English editor and presently edits the books of the senior Sanskritist of ISKCON, Gopiparanadhana Dasa. Since 1998 Goswami has been involved in the publication of eight authoritative books on the science of Bhakti-yoga, including the first English translation of the Gaudiya Vaisnava classic, Brhad-bhagavatamrta.
